• Greet and serve walk-in customer for all banking needs
• Handle complaint and inquiry from customer related to banking products
• Liaise with marketing team for prospective customer
• Maintain and update all customer data

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Good communication skill and able to speak in Mandarin well (HSK 2-3)
• Able to manage various workload and priority
• High attention to detail and work in orderly manner

• Undertake marketing activity for RETAIL BANKING (FUNDING & LENDING) product to the customer
• Undertake Cross selling others banking product according to work target stipulated
• Monitor the management of account under responsibility chronically to ensure the uninterrupted flow of account management
• Undertake customer service activity according to service standard, including handling and following up customer complaint

• Bachelor’s Degree or up in related major to Banking/Finance
• Having minimum 4 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in RETAIL BANKING (FUNDING & LENDING) or fresh graduate are welcomed for Junior Position.
• Base in Balikpapan and have a good knowledge and networking to build a good pipeline of prospective client.
• If You speak English or Mandarin is a heads up advantage

• Final year student, preferably from Psychology or Business Administration
• Hands on with Organizing Data and Microsoft Office, esp. in Excel and Word
• Capable in communication, nimble and agile to learn on new subjects/tasks
• A people person and self-starter would be a great match with the HR Team
• Highly interested to learn about HR in Banking Industry

• Final year student, preferably from IT or Information System
• Familiar with Business Analyst or Project Management flow
• Having some coding background is a plus point for further learning
• Highly interested to learn about IT in Banking Industry
